Clarence River Wilderness Lodge has a number of four wheel drive tracks as well as adjoining the Yabbra State Forest. The Yabbra State Forest has a series of  old logging tracks suitable for four wheel drive adventures. Clarence River Wilderness Lodge is also located within an easy drive to a number of specialist four wheel drive parks which offer day entry for all the extreme four wheel drive enthusiasts.
